1.项目位置

白沙岛地处舟山群岛东端，紧靠传统渔场，北与“海天佛国”普陀山隔海相望，与洛迦山一水之隔，西与国家级旅游风景区“沙雕故乡”朱家尖相距2.2千米，单程水路20分钟。由白沙岛、柴山岛两个住人岛和里外洋鞍、石蛋山、鸡笼山等25个无人岛礁组成。

2.项目面积

柴山岛全岛土地总面积为1340亩，其中存量建设用地180亩，耕地72亩，林地1088亩（其中995亩为一级生态公益林，93亩为其他林地），无基本农田和新增建设用地，岸线总长4840米。

3.交通状况

海上交通：岛上有大小交通码头3座，船班自朱家尖里湾码头发船，朱家尖经停白沙至柴山往返一天4个航次，航程20分钟左右。陆上交通：岛上无机动车，路上通行均为步行。岛际交通：白沙岛与柴山岛之间现由三艘渔业辅助船运营。

4.项目定位

柴山岛目前尚无具体开发定位，可开发成集休闲度假、健康养生、产业基地等为一体的中高端综合业态。

1.Project Location

Baisha Island is located at the eastern end of Zhoushan Archipelago, close to traditional fishing grounds, across the sea from Guanyin-Putuo Mountain, across the water from Luojia Mountain, and 2.2 kilometers away from the Zhu Jiajian National Scenic Area on the west. There is the hometown of sand sculptures, one-way waterway for 20 minutes. The entire area consists of two islands inhabited by Baisha Island and Chaishan Island, and 25 uninhabited island reefs such as the Liwaiyangan, Shi Danshan and Ji Longshan.

2.Project Area

The total land area of the entire island in Chashan Island is 1340 mu, including 180 mu of land for construction, 72 mu of cultivated land, and 1088 mu of forest land (of which 995 mu is an ecological public welfare forest and 93 mu of other woodland). There is no basic farmland and new construction. The total length of the shoreline is 4,840 meters.

3.Traffic Condition

Sea traffic: There are 3 large and small traffic piers on the island. The boat class starts at Zhujiajian Liwan Wharf. Zhujiajian runs from Baisha to Chaishan for 4 voyages a day. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Land transportation: There are no motor vehicles on the island and all roads are on foot. Inter-island transportation: There are three fishery auxiliary vessels between Baisha Island and Chaishan Island.

4.Project Objectives

Currently, there is no specific development orientation for the Qaishan Island, and it is possible to develop mid-to-high-end integrated operations that integrate leisure, vacation, healthy industrial bases.
