1.项目位置

大双山岛距虾峙岛北面2公里，岛屿陆域平方公里1平方公里合计（1448亩）。岸线长约5.4千米。现有码头、埠头4座,有多处海湾是良好的避风锚地，年地表水资源总量为24万立方米。小双山岛与虾峙本岛岸距1.3千米。该岛陆域面积0.21平方公里（约合318亩）。海岸线长2.16公里。

2.自然资源

小双山形态简洁自然，景观处处面海，有三处沙石滩一处灯塔，且为一个300年历史的古渔村，具一定的人文旅游价值，岛西南侧有大、小圆山等礁石，景观层次较为丰富。小双山政策处理完善，可随时整岛开发。

 3.规划定位

大小双山岛“十三五”规划区发改局功能定位为依托丰富沙滩岸线资源；宁波-舟山港总体规划（2014-2030）对该岛的定位是滨海旅游、集散岛

4.水电情况

岛上水为坑道水，电是海底电缆输电。

1. Project location

Dashuangshan Island is 2 kilometers to the north of the Xiazhi Island and the total area of the island is 1 square kilometer (1,448 acres). The coastline is about 5.4 km. There are 4 existing piers and butou,there are many bays that are good shelters. The annual total surface water resources is 240,000 cubic meters. Xiaoshuangshan Island and Xiazhi Island are 1.3 kilometers away from the shore. The island has a land area of 0.21 square kilometers (approximately 318 acres). The coastline is 2.16 kilometers long.

2. Natural resources

The shape of the Xiaoshuagnshan is concise and natural,the landscape is everywhere on the sea. There are three lighthouses on the sandstone beach and a 300-year-old ancient fishing village with a certain amount of humanistic tourism value. There are large and small round hills and other reefs on the southwest side of the island. The landscape is richer. The policy of xiaoshuangshan is well-developed,and the island can be developed at any time.

3. Planning and positioning

The functional orientation of the Development and Reform Bureau of the Shuangshan Island 13th Five-Year Plan Area is based on the rich beach shoreline resources; the overall plan of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port (2014-2030) is located on the coastal tourism and distribution islands.

4. Hydropower situation

The water on the island is the tunnel water, and the electricity is the submarine cable transmission.
