气候：葫芦岛常年气候温和，有一个独特的气温特点：海风习习，冬暖夏凉，历史最高气温30.1°，最低气温1.2°，年平均气温在15.2°，风向全年最长盛行东南风，冬季短时西北风。气候条件特别适合夏季度假。
自然景观：葫芦岛系火山碎层岩，属于侏罗纪晚期，岛屿中部前沙岙和后沙岙均有大面积的砾石沙滩，为休闲娱乐的良好场所。岛西部的擂鼓山制高点具有非常良好的视野，可以全览葫芦岛的全貌，以及岙里的海上布达拉宫式的建筑。岛南头小沙咀头与南海普陀相望，可以看到普陀山第四大寺—宝陀讲寺，梵音洞，南海观音，海上卧佛—珞珈山。骄子礁展现浓厚的佛教色彩。岛上有天然的芦苇荡资源，为岛上更添自然色彩。

2. Resource advantages
Gulf: Huludao Harbor is superior, with a harbor area of 150,000 square meters. The shallowest water depth is 5 meters, and it is a national tertiary fishing port.
Climate: Huludao has a moderate climate throughout the year and has a unique temperature characteristic: sea breeze, warm in winter and cool in summer, with a maximum temperature of 30.1°, a minimum temperature of 1.2°, and an annual average temperature of 15.2°. The wind direction throughout the year is southeast wind ,in winter is a short-term northwest wind. The climatic conditions are particularly suitable for summer vacations.
Natural landscape: Huludao volcanic crustal rock belongs to the late Jurassic period,both the front sandstone and the Housha sandstone in the middle of the island have a large area of gravel beach, which is a good place for recreation. The commanding elebation in Leigu mountain in the west of the island have a very good view of the whole area of Huludao and the architecture of the Potala Palace on the sea in Bali. Xiaoshajutou in the south of the island faces the Putuo which can see the fourth largest temple of Putuo Mountain - Baotuo Temple, Fanyin Cave, Nanhai Guanyin, and Reclining Buddha on the sea - Lushan Mountain. Jiaoziqiao shows a strong Buddhist color. The island has natural reed resources that add natural color to the island.
3. Project positioning
It is planned to use the existing greenery, coastlines, bays, and docks of the island to build an integrated island resort tourism project integrating island recreation, entertainment, vacation and sea fishing.
