位于桃花岛东北，介于乌沙水道和蛏子港之间，总面积约0.77平方千米(1155亩)的悬鹁鸪岛（糸悬水岛），是桃花岛风景名胜区综合旅游重要组成部分。

2.自然资源

悬鹁鸪岛是桃花岛东面的近邻悬水岛，岛上植被茂密，水资源丰富，沿岸礁石奇丽，象刚出炉的“千层饼”，自然而优美；岛上有一处“小沙滩”、“小乌石砾滩”，环境十分幽静。

3.项目可开发利用土地或区域面积

区域开发面积1000余亩，实际可利用土地面积约200亩。

4.项目定位

游艇基地（会所）、SPA养生馆、海滨综合服务度假区、海景观光别墅区及海上垂钓区等。

1. Project location
