李家岙位于塔湾村，鹁鸪门岗下，现无人居住，基本完成拆迁任务。

2.自然资源

李家岙区块三面环山，面朝大海，区块内植被茂密、水体丰富，有东海第二沙滩，全场1370米，宽500米，沙质纯净绵软，海水清澈碧蓝，清水期达280天。

3.项目面积

一期可一次性出让土地约190亩；二期建设可利用土地约300亩，共计490亩。

4.交通条件

海上交通：从沈家门到桃花岛配有快艇、客渡船若干航次，轮渡一天一班次；从宁波白峰码头至桃花岛配有轮渡一天一班次。

岛上交通：陆上公路路面平坦整洁，公交车为每半小时一次，也可以用出租车和自用车。出行便利。

已完成供水、供电设施。岛内垃圾有专业团队，收集打包运往垃圾分类转运中心。
